North East Valley Normal School is a signatory to the Code of Practice for Pastoral Care of International Students.

The school has a fully qualified and well respected ESOL teacher on staff, Mrs Jan Probert probert.family@xtra.co.nz

We are happy to enrol international students for the purposes of them learning English. We are also happy to organise short term group programmes which can be a mixture of ESOL, cultural and other learning activities.
The school runs a conversation class for recent immigrants and those here on study visas. Contact the office for further details.
